The centuries old Cairngorm estate was founded by Lady Jane Gordon, beautiful socialite and co-creator of the famous Gordon Highlanders. From the distillation right down to the bottling, everything is lovingly done by hand, by their passionate Highland team.

One of Scotland’s newest micro-distilleries, Kinrara Distillery make unique Highland Dry Gin infused with local flora and berries. Perched just below the Monadhliath Mountains and with stunning vistas of the Cairngorms on the other side of the valley, I often joke that I have the best office in the world. A cask aged gin with a twist; aged in an ex-Cabernet Sauvignon barrel from the Barossa Valley in Australia.The gin is then cold compounded with additional Hibiscus flowers and sweet orange peel to give it luxurious deep pink hue and added floral flavour. On the nose bright juniper and freshly expressed orange peel and rosehips are undercut with fresh pine needles. The pink colour may change due to the natural ingredients that are used, however the flavour stays the same. This Scottish Highland, handcrafted, small-batch dry gin was the first released in Kinrara's artist edition series. The team at Kinrara Distillery prides itself on creating a handcrafted small batch spirit using their direct-fired stills that were hand made for the distillery in Portugal.
